ADAllen Pharma entered the clinical trial materials market because standard wholesalers were failing to meet the stringent requirements of clinical trial managers. We base our business on two imperatives:

To guarantee our service, we constantly measure the accuracy and reliability of our performance and our responsiveness to client needs via customer feedback.
- We ask our customers to complete a simple five question survey relating to the product, the delivery and the documentation
- These surveys show that over the last two years we have achieved over 97% conformance with customer requirements, compared with 70-85% conformance for wholesalers as a whole.
